If you've reached this page, we want to thank you as you are either someone interested in booking a table with us or you already have a booking or event planned with us. Of course, we want to make sure you have the best possible experience with us, but we have a couple of terms and conditions that we recommend you read through to check there are no undesired surprises further down the line. 

  • We recommend making a booking to secure your table in our restaurant/bar. We do allow for walk-ins when we have spaces available, but at busy times we will turn people away when at capacity.

    If you're running late, we will hold your table for up to 15 minutes from your booking time, after which the team will release it and allocate it to other guests.

    We require 24 hours notice for a booking cancellation for parties of 8 or less. For tables of 8 or more, we need 48 hours notice.

    If a booking does not show up or cancels less than the notice period above, a fee of £10 per person is charged to the card authorised on the booking.

    We offer table service; however, we request you set up a bar tab with a credit or debit card behind the bar to ensure smooth service.

    All our deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit to secure your area, this will be discounted from your bill at the end of the evening or used as a food/drink pre-order.

    We don't offer any refunds if you don't turn up for your booking on time.

    For certain bookings, we will take a card authorization. In this instance, no money will be taken unless the booking is cancelled within the 24 hour notice period or if the booking doesn’t show up.

    If you'd like to pay as you go, we advise you to purchase your drinks at the bar.

    We are an over 18 venue and we check ID’s upon entrance. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you don't have any form of ID on you.

    We accept under 18’s Monday-Thursday before 8pm.

    Our dress code is smart casual and doesn't allow for any sportswear, hats or caps.

    We have a bag search upon entrance, and our team will confiscate any liquids if found.

    Our team reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated guests. In this circumstance, we can't offer any refund on pre-purchase drinks.

    If the venue were to close due to an unexpected reason on the date of your booking, we would move your booking to a different date.

    There will be an optional 12.5% service charge added to your bill.

  • For bookings of 12 people or more, we require a deposit of 50% of the agreed minimum spend to secure the booking. We then need the remaining 50% to be paid the day before the booking.

    The team will deduct the deposit amount from the total bill at the end of your event.

    All party bookings must be confirmed in writing.

    We must receive your pre-order of food and drink as well as a list of any allergens in your group at least a week before your event.

    We can provide a DJ for an extra cost of £350 for the night, this is not included in the minimum spend.

    We have a 7-day cancellation policy for large groups. If a party cancels within 7-days of the booking date, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit. If you cancel within 14 days, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the deposit.

    For any exclusive venue hires or exclusive room hires, the full deposit will be retained within 14th days and 50% within 28 Days

    Our team reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated guests. In this circumstance, we can't offer any refund on pre-purchase drinks.

    Ticket sales for private events within our venue are forbidden without written approval from our management team

    There will be an optional 12.5% service charge added to your bill.

  • 1. All group parties of 6 – 36 guests booking at Salvador & Amanda (S&A) between Monday 20th November and Sunday 24th December 2023 are subject to these Booking Payment Terms and conditions.

    2. Provisional enquires are held for 48 hours only, bookings must be confirmed in writing, via email with our sales and/or management team complete with the requisite deposit payment (see conditions 3 and 4)

    3. Dining bookings made in advance of Sunday 19th November 2023 will require a deposit of £10 per head to secure your booking.

    4. Drinks only bookings made in advance of Sunday 19th November 2023 will require a deposit of £10 per head to secure your booking.

    5. We will require 50% of your pre-order and/or minimum spend to be settled by midnight on Tuesday 21st November, we will contact you with a reminder for payment during w/e 19th November.

    6. All pre-orders must be confirmed in writing along with any guest allergen requirements before the additional balance is paid.

    7. If the additional balance is not received as required (Conditions 3 or 4) your booking will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will be retained.

    8. Your deposit payments will be deducted from the bill on the evening with any remaining balance is to be settled at the end of your visit.

    9. If your booking is subject to a minimum spend and this is not met on the evening, you will still be required to settle the agreed minimum spend.

    10. A 12.5% service charge will be added to all final group bills, this does not form part of any applicable minimum spend and may be removed from the bill total if requested.

    11. For cancellations less than 16 days from the booking date only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Please note that the remaining deposit amount cannot be used as part payment for another event.

    12. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the booking date the whole deposit will be retained.

    13. We operate a Challenge 21 door entry policy. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a guest is challenged and not able to provide valid ID

    14. Our dress code is smart casual and doesn't allow for any sportswear, hats or caps.

    15. We have a bag search upon entrance. Guests will not be permitted to bring food or beverages into the venue unless a prior arrangement has been made. Celebratory cakes are permitted with prior notification. Our team will confiscate any liquids if found. Any illegal substances will be confiscated and the Police will be called.

    16. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). Salvador & Amanda management support the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Event holders will be held responsible for ensuring that their guests behave and consume alcohol in a responsible manner Our team reserve the right to refuse entry and service to intoxicated guests. In this circumstance, we can't offer any refund on pre-purchased drinks.

    17. Loss or Damage to Guest Property: Although all care is taken, Salvador & Amanda management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to a guest’s property, including hire equipment, gifts or personal goods left prior, during or after a function, unless caused by act or omission of Salvador & Amanda.

    18. Loss or damage to Salvador & Amanda: The guest will be charged for excessive breakages or any loss/damage to furniture, glassware or any other damage incurred to Salvador & Amanda, unless caused by act or omission of Salvador & Amanda management. The guest will be expected to pay the full balance of agreed repair costs 14 days after they have been notified by the venue.

  • 1. Exclusive hire of the whole venue, or a substantial section of Salvador & Amanda with guest group sizes of 37 or more, booking between Monday 20th November and Sunday 24th December 2023 are subject to the Exclusive Parties Terms and conditions.

    2. Provisional enquiries will be held for 7 days only. All exclusive or semi-exclusive parties must be confirmed in writing via email with our sales and/or management team complete with the requisite deposit payment (see below).

    3. Bookings made in advance of Sunday 19th November 2023 will require a deposit of £15 per head or 25% of the total spend, whichever is greater to secure your booking.

    4. A discretionary service charge may be proposed on the food and beverage spend at your event, this will not form part of any minimum spend and can be removed at your request.

    5. Payment of the remaining/full balance of your pre-order and/or minimum spend will be required by midnight on Tuesday 21st November, we will contact you with a reminder during w/e 19th November.

    6. All pre-orders must be confirmed in writing along with any guest allergen requirements before the additional balance is paid.

    7. If the full balance is not received as required (Condition 5) your booking will automatically be cancelled and the £15 per head (or 25%) deposit will be retained.

    8. If exclusive bookings do not use all the agreed minimum spend any remaining balance will be retained and considered as hire fee.

    9. DJ’s can be provided for exclusive bookings at a cost upwards of £350 for the night which includes equipment hire fee. Please note that this fee is not included in the minimum spend.

    10. For cancellations requested before Monday 20th November and more than 28 days prior to the booking date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations on/after Monday 20th November will have only 50% deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is within 14 days of the booking date the deposit will be retained in full. Please note that the remaining deposit amount cannot be used as part payment for another event.

    11. We are an over 18 venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a guest is challenged and not able to provide valid ID

    16. Loss or damage to Salvador & Amanda: The guest will be charged for excessive breakages or any loss/damage to furniture, glassware or any other damage incurred to Salvador & Amanda, unless caused by act or omission of Salvador & Amanda management. The guest will be expected to pay the full balance of agreed repair costs 14 days after they have been notified by the venue.

  • If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events (Reggaeton, Flamenco), please check carefully the Terms and conditions on the ticket before you arrive.

    We forbid any onwards ticket resales without prior authorization from our management team

    We don’t offer any ticket refunds unless the event is cancelled.

    In the case of a no-show, a ticket refund will not be issued.

  • We follow government guidance for our protocols to ensure our guests and teams are as safe as possible against COVID. Therefore, your booking will be subject to the government guidelines on the day of your booking.

    If you or one of your parties tests positive for Covid 19 and is unable to attend on your scheduled party date, we will not be able to refund any per-head deposits made in advance, however, if you request, we will do our best to rebook your party at a later date so all those invited can attend.

    In the event of a national or regional lockdown preventing us from opening, if this announcement is made outside of 28 days of your booking date, we will offer to return any deposits payments you have made in advance. However, if a lockdown is announced within 28 days of the date of your booking, we would appreciate your support by agreeing to rebook your party at a later date, with us retaining your deposit.
